Many customers have long standing problems that they are unable to define accurately and for which they have no answer. AltaSim engineers work closely with the customer to develop an in depth understanding of the problem, define a program of work to clarify the situation, and identify the most effective solution(s). The customer works closely with AltaSim engineers to identify the root cause of the problem and identify a practical program that will address customer's needs.
Throughout execution of the project, AltaSim engineers maintain regular communication with the customer to allow redirection of the work scope based on information and understanding arising from the work being performed. Discussions are routinely held to discuss the implication of the findings and identify the most effective way of transferring the results to the customer to ensure long lasting implementation of the solution.
